Meet The Staff

Ebony Jones, Ed.D

Director/Owner

"My name is Dr. Jones, but everyone calls me, Titi.  Educating young minds & hearts isn't just a job, it's my passion & my calling. In 2021, I stepped out on faith and left my career of 24+ years in the public school system and decided that my work needed to extend beyond the walls of the public schools. I believe that every child can learn if they are provided with the right tools and a great foundation.  It is my responsibility to ensure that each & every staff member provides professional, attentive, and individualized care to each & every scholar that enters the threshold of BJ's Learning Center."

Ms. Mimi

Lead Teacher

"My name is Ja'Mya but everyone calls me Ms. Mimi.  I decided to go into childcare because I am passionate about shaping the minds of the future generation.  I love watching children grow & develop their little personalities. They are so sweet, and they keep me thoroughly entertained."

Ms.  Princess

Lead Teacher

" I am Ms. Princess, (affectionately called, Cousin). As a daycare teacher, I find immense joy in watching young minds explore & grow every day. I focus on creating a nurturing and an engaging environment where my students feel safe & are excited to learn. By incorporating a variety of activities (from storytelling to hands-on activities), I aim to support their cognitive & social development. This allows each child to express themselves creatively & to develop essential skills at their own pace."

Ms. Jackie

Lead Teacher

"My name is Jacqualynn (Ms. Jackie) and I've been working in childcare for over 5 years. Educating & caring for children has always been my #1 priority & passion.  I'm always excited to motivate & help the younger minds elevate & grown each and every day."

Ms. Kadiana

Lead Teacher

"I genuinely enjoy working with kids and assisting them with their development. I make sure every child feels special by being kind and patient with them. Through teaching, my goal is to make a positive impact in their lives."
